Alonzo Bodden:

Introduced to America on NBC’s “Last Comic Standing,” Alonzo Bodden was runner up on season 2 and came back to win it all on Last Comic Standing season 3 “The Best of the Best.” Bodden released his second stand-up comedy special in 2016 titled “Historically Incorrect.” Bodden can be seen in a number of TV’s top comedy shows including, “Fresh Off the Boat” for ABC, “Dr. Ken” for ABC, and “Californiacation” for Showtime.  Bodden has also appeared on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno” and “Late Night with Conan O’Brien.”

In 2011, Bodden released his first comedy special on Showtime titled, “Who’s Paying Attention.” That same year, Bodden was a panelist on the syndicated show “Inside the Vault”. Bodden has also hosted Speed Channel’s “101 Cars You Must Drive” and “America’s Worst Driver” on the Travel Channel, and is also a regular on NPR’s “Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!”

His first big comedy break came when he was on the “New Faces of Comedy” showcase at Just for Laughs in Montreal. While his movie career has consisted mainly of playing security guards he has protected the best, including Steve Martin and Queen Latifah in “Bringing Down The House” and Leslie Nielsen in “Scary Movie 4.” He was also the voice of “Thunderon” in “Power Rangers Lightspeed.”

Bodden travels around the world entertaining USO troops from Iraq to Greenland and everywhere in between.

Cristela Alonzo: Cristela Alonzo made history in 2014 when she became the first Latina to create, produce and star in her own network sitcom, “Cristela” for ABC. During that same year, she split her time between LA and NYC to serve as one of ABC’s favorite guest hosts on their hit daytime talk show, “The View”.  In 2017 Cristela made history again when she became the first Latina lead in a Disney Pixar film when she voiced the part of “Cruz Ramirez” in Cars 3. Her first stand-up special, Lower Classy, is currently streaming on Netflix.  Cristela’s memoir, “Music to My Years,” will be released October 8th 2019 by Atria Books, an imprint of Simon & Schuster.
